FREE Good Governance & Charity Reporting Seminars

20 April 2018

The Developing Governance Group, in association with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland and local support networks, are holding FREE seminars focusing on the annual reporting requirements and the Commission's new guidance on fundraising and data protection.

Over 6,000 charities are now registered with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland and as such, must adhere to the reporting requirements for all registered charities.

Unfortunately not all charities are aware of the requirement to submit an annual monitoring return, annual accounts and a trustee's report to the Commission within a specified time.

The Developing Governance Group in association with the Charity Commission and local support networks would like to invite you to a free seminar focusing on the annual reporting requirements. The session will also look at the Charity Commission's new guidance on fundraising and data protection.

This seminar will also focus on the importance of good governance and present how the newly revised Governance Health Check can be used to help charities adhere to regulations and good practice.

The seminar will take place in six different venues across Northern Ireland in conjunction with local support networks. The first three seminars were a great success in Ballymena, L'Derry and Belfast and the next two are listed below:
