National Lottery Awards

25 June 2015

You can now vote in The National Lottery Awards, 2015.

The National Lottery Awards are an annual search to find the UK's favourite Lottery funded projects. Lottery players raise 33 million each week for projects all across the UK and the Awards are a great way to highlight how that funding has changed the UK for the better.

Now in their twelfth year, the Awards recognise the incredible difference that Lottery funded projects have made to people, places and communities all across the UK with the 450,000 grants that have been made since 1994. They also celebrate the talent, hard work and amazing dedication of the people involved in running them.

Awards are given across seven categories, reflecting the different types of projects that benefit from National Lottery funding. These are:

  • Art
  • Education
  • Environment
  • Health
  • Heritage
  • Sport
  • Charity/Voluntary

Voting lines are open from 24th June – 29th July.

Winners will be invited to appear on national television and take home a 2,000 cash prize for their project.
