Northern Ireland's winner and runner up of the Sustrans Volunteer Awards 2016

On the 26th October 2016, Sustrans celebrated two volunteers for their love of Northern Ireland's greenways and cycling.

Aparna Jamgade won the Volunteer Award and Maryam Sholevar came runner up. Aparna won this award through her dedicated work at mapping volunteers across Northern Ireland by using Sustrans' mapping and database systems. Maryam won the runner up award for her commitment to supporting Sustrans events, including a series of cycling health fairs aimed at refugees in Belfast.
