The Peer Facilitator will ensure the voice of older people is at the heart of Age NI and enable Age NI to listen and respond to older people and their issues. Your role will involve organising discussions with older people in your local area on a range of issues and report the findings. Age NI, listening and talking to older people and most importantly ensuring that the voices of older people from all sections of the community are being heard.

You will identify older people to talk to, organise and facilitate sessions with them and report the findings.

This is an opportunity to express older peoples views / stories to Age NI, to be part of a new dynamic organisation for older people, to have the chance to influence decisions affecting older people and meet and share your views with others. If you're over 50 and would like to get involved this is a perfect opportunity.

Your out of pocket expenses will be reimbursed and you will have support to assist you in your role.
