Section 2: Recruitment and Selection of Staff and Volunteers
Section 3: Effective Management of Staff and Volunteers
Section 4: Recognising and Reporting Concerns
Section 5: Risk Assessment and Management
Section 6: Receiving Feedback and Dealing with Complaints
Section 7: Management of Records and Sharing of Information
Section 8: Developing a Code of Behaviour
Your organisation can download the supporting resource pack to use any of the templates included in the publication.
A safeguarding vulnerable adults self-assessment checklist can also be downloaded to help your organisation assess where it is in relation to each of the 8 safeguarding standards. The checklist will help your organisation identify criteria which are already being met and those that require further development.
