Perhaps the ultimate organisational issue in relation to volunteering is finding out just what difference volunteers make to the organisation overall. Increasingly, in the current challenging funding environment evidence of this difference is sought. This one day course looks at how to measure the success of your volunteer programme by exploring the process of evaluating effectively.
The course introduces participants to planning evaluation, setting criteria and gathering the appropriate information in order to measure success and to communicate to key stakeholders the value that volunteers bring to the organisation through their involvement.
