Children's Activity Volunteers will enable children to access fun, engaging social activities in their local community which helps with social development, confidence and most of all opportunities to have fun and meet new people (read more)
  • Depaul Ireland- Homeless Families Projects (North and West Belfast)- Cloverhill and Mater Dei supported accommodation projects are looking for volunteers to help develop a range of activities for parents and children from arts and crafts, music, life-skills, cookery and educative play.  Whether organising fun social activities or having a chat over a coffee; volunteers can help our service users feel valued, develop a sense of self worth and build confidence.     ChildLine in Belfast needs more volunteers to speak to children and young people in need on the phone and online.

    Are you a good listener, don’t judge people, and want to help children and young people? Become a volunteer counsellor with ChildLine in Belfast and we'll provide all the training and support you need to comfort, protect and advise children and young people on the phone and online.   • FareShare Opportunities - Sorter/Navigator/Admin/Driver - Fareshare IOI rescue and distribute surplus food that cannot be sold. They offer local retail networks, suppliers and producers a safe and ethical solution for the disposal of surplus food by delivering it to organisations that support disadvantaged people in our communities.
