Keeping Children & Adults Safe: Recognising, Responding & Reporting

If you assist with the delivery of services or activities for children and adult, this course will provide you with a sound introduction to safeguarding issues! It covers the legal and policy context of safeguarding, the categories of abuse and possible indicators, dealing with a disclosure and reporting concerns.

For those with more responsibility, we have other more suitable courses such as ‘Keeping Children and Adults Safe: Creating a Safe Environment’, ‘Designated Officer’ and ‘Adult Safeguarding Champion and Appointed Persons’ training – check out our training calendar for more information.
