VOLT Information Session: Are You Fundraising?
Are you fundraising? Does your fundraising activity meet the standards outlined within the Code of Fundraising Practice ? Join Gráinne, Fundraising Regulator, to explore:
- The difference between ‘in aid of’ and ‘on behalf of’ fundraising
- The Code of Fundraising Practice – what volunteer managers should be aware of
- Guidance and standards to include on volunteer onboarding process/info
- If your trustees are aware of their responsibilities regarding fundraising
- Complaints about fundraising – what organisations need to do, what volunteers should be able to do and what the FR will do
- Lotteries and raffles
