Father Christmas and Mrs Claus are coming to the Ulster American Folk Park and to the Ulster Folk Musuem!  Volunteering as part of their Christmas team, gives you the opportunity to leave the hustle and bustle of the high street behind and help others to reconnect to the joy of Christmas.

Volunteers are needed to support their visitor facing team by helping to bring their Christmas events to life and roles can include:

• ‘Meeting and greeting’ visitors as they arrive
• Providing directions and orientation on available facilities
• Providing a friendly point of contact for visitors throughout the site
• Replenishing toys and biscuits to Santa’s elves
• Leading traditional Christmas Craft activities
• Supporting on Santa’s sleigh, ringing bells and singing Christmas songs
• Support Santa’s visit with queue management and promotion
