Keeping Children and Adults Safe: An Introduction Refresher

The integrated training programme is aimed at those who engage with children, young people and adults at risk. It covers awareness of vulnerability; awareness of abuse issues; procedures for reporting concerns; and code of behaviour for staff and volunteers.

This workshop is aimed at those who process Access NI checks and will provide information on the Access NI service and process and explore eligibility for checks.

Keeping Children and Adults Safe: Recruitment, Selection and Management of Staff and Volunteers

Tuesday 24 June 2025, 10am-12pm, online

This course is aimed at individuals who recruit, manage or supervise staff and volunteers working with children and/or adults. It will examine the procedures that need to be put in place for effective recruitment, selection and management of staff and volunteers.
