Dr William Evans

William has volunteered with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution for 23 years as a crew member, and has worked for the organisation for 10 years within its Volunteer Development Team and now serves as the Volunteering Growth Manager. He has led projects to ensure the sustainability of lifeboat stations across the UK & Ireland. He also led the organisation’s move to a new volunteer management system, and has developed volunteer management training, impact measurement and compliance with safeguarding policy across multiple jurisdictions.
