Strong volunteer management is key to a successful programme.
In 2024–25, Volunteer Now delivered 245 courses in volunteer management and safeguarding, reaching over 3,000 participants. Our training is available online, in person, on demand, and tailored to your needs. We also offer expert guidance on policies and best practices.

VOLT
Volunteer Organisations Linking Together (VOLT) provides a brilliant networking opportunity for organisations and individuals to come together to discuss specific topics and learn and share with peers.
10 FREE sessions are organised throughout the year with specific topics and speakers.
Standards and Practice
Good practice in volunteer management is key in enabling your organisation to effectively recruit, manage, retain and reward your volunteers.
Volunteer involving organisations who embrace and embed good practice in volunteer management are more likely to recruit and retain volunteers.
