Volunteers’ Week 2026

Volunteers’ Week 2026 will take place from the 1 to 7 June. We celebrate the Week each year to thank the people who volunteer in Northern Ireland. Volunteers make our communities work and without them things would be very different with fewer sport, youthwork, faith activities and many charity services simply not able to happen.
 
Volunteer Now will be hosting an event to celebrate on the 3 June in Ulster University and bookings for this will open shortly. We will also be hosting a series of local events across Northern Ireland, dates for these events will be available before Easter. In the meantime, if you need any more information about how your organisation can get involved to celebrate the Week please visit the website Volunteers’ Week – where you can take a peek at the new shop!
