Essential First Aid – Adults and Children

The essential training that prepares you to give lifesaving first aid to adults, children, and infants.

The Essential First Aid (All Ages) course covers vital skills, including CPR and resuscitation techniques for adults, infants, and children, ensuring confidence to act quickly in critical situations.

– Bleeding – severe
– Chest pains
– Choking (all ages)
– Communication and casualty care
– Primary survey
– Resuscitation (adult)
– Role of the first aider

As part of the practical training, participants will need to be able to get down onto the floor and back up again to practise CPR and other first aid techniques. Please wear comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely and is suitable for floor-based activities.
