Paediatric First Aid Training ( non regulated )

The Paediatric First Aid course provides the essential skills and knowledge to respond effectively to medical emergencies involving babies and children.

The training that equips you to protect young lives with confidence and care.

What will you learn?

– Allergic reaction
– Bleeding (minor and severe)
– Burns
– Choking (child and infant)
– Eye injury
– Head injury
– Asthma
– Bone, muscle, joint injuries
– Poisons, bites and stings
– Seizures
– Resuscitation (all ages)

As part of the practical training, participants will need to be able to get down onto the floor and back up again to practise CPR and other first aid techniques. Please wear comfortable, practical clothing that allows you to move freely and is suitable for floor-based activities.

Tea/coffee will be provided. (Lunch is not provided, but there is a café on the ground floor.)
