CO3’s Scoping Study Project
If your VCSE organisation is part of the Health and Social Care sector then CO3 need your help.
If you are not part of the Health & Social Care sector, but you know people in the Community & Voluntary sector who are, you can still support this important work, by making them aware of this project and forwarding this information to them.
As you may know, CO3 has launched The Scoping Study Project, with the Long-Term Conditions Alliance Northern Ireland, and funded by Dormant Accounts. The aim of this project is to look at how they can unite and utilise the collective expertise of VCSE Health and Social Care Organisations, so that they can work effectively in partnership with the DoH and improve health outcomes in NI.
The scoping exercise has 5 phases: 1 Establishing Baselines; 2 Exploring Vision & Values; 3. Building a Framework; 4. Testing Model/s; 5. New Beginnings
Phase 1 – 3 are now complete.
The project has now entered phase 4 and CO3 want to share and test what was captured during the 6 Engagement focus groups which took place between November 2023 and January 2024.
During these engagement sessions, representatives from our sector shared their values, thoughts and vision about what will to enable CO3 to partner effectively within the Integrated Care System.
The survey seeks to summarise and further test that feedback, so that they can co-produce a shared position on the need and potential for a new ‘collective voice model’ to support the sector in this evolving system.
Co3 would be grateful if you could share your feedback by completing the survey. It should only take you 5 minutes.
