We are delighted to offer this free capacity building Volunteer Management training to groups operating in the Belfast City Council area.

This three-hour workshop can help you rise to this challenge, helping you to ensure you have all the right elements in place before seeking new volunteers and equipping you to review and refresh your volunteer recruitment practices for maximum impact – from creating compelling role descriptions and  adverts to getting your selection processes right first time.
