Keeping Adults Safe: Implementing Standards for Good Practice

This is a FREE certificated course suitable for individuals with responsibility for developing and/or reviewing adult safeguarding policy and procedures.

It covers:

  • the eight standards of best practice for adult safeguarding
  • a guide to developing an adult safeguarding policy
  • procedures to support an adult safeguarding policy.

 

While not essential, having prior knowledge of safeguarding adults is beneficial e.g. attendance at Keeping Adults Safe: An Introduction or Training for Staff and Volunteers.

PLEASE NOTE: this training will be provided for Voluntary, Community and Independent sectors and a maximum of 5 participants from any one organisation will be accepted on to each training course.
