Once you have put in the hard work to attract and select a good team of volunteers, it is then important to manage them in the best way possible and ensure they have a great experience. Happy and well cared for volunteers make for loyal and long-serving volunteers too.

With this is mind, our 3-hour online workshop will show you how to get your volunteer management approach right from the very start.

We will be covering best practice in volunteer induction and onboarding. We will explain how to build and maintain excellent relationship with your volunteers through ongoing support, supervision and recognition arrangements, and even consider how best to solve problems and manage conflicts.
