NI Chest Heart & Stroke seeks Walking Group Volunteers

NI Chest Heart & Stroke need volunteers to help NICHS staff with walking groups for service users living with a heart condition.   A staff member will lead the walk and you will support them and walk with the group.  Routes for walking groups are flat, friendly and accessible to people who need some support to help them gain confidence in becoming active again after a chest diagnosis.  To find out more and register, click the link below:
