Street Soccer NI seeks new volunteers!

Street Soccer NI are a charity that uses football to bring positive change to people’s lives, set up for the disadvantaged groups of society such as the homeless, people with addictions, mental health issues, ex prisoners, refugees, asylum seekers and long term unemployed.   They run 10 weekly sessions in Belfast and Derry/Londonderry including women’s football and learning disability football. Alongside the football they offer support with housing, employment, education, addictions, mental health issues and more.

→ They need a Minibus Driver for their Learning Disability football projects in Belfast on Thursdays.  This role would involve picking players up from their home address at 12pm and dropping them home again at 4pm. This would require a mini bus driving licence or a driving licence obtained before 1997.

 Street Move is a social enterprise of Street Soccer NI.

Shop Support Volunteer needed to help in their shop at Botanic Avenue, Belfast, which sells furniture, clothes and white goods.

Van driver needed to pick up and deliver furniture, carrying furniture with the assistance of a volunteer and transporting household waste to recycling centres.  A full driving licence would be required for this role and applicants must be aged 18+

Collection and delivery volunteer needed to help with the removal and delivery of large and small items of furniture.  Age 16+.
