What used to be a niche area of volunteer engagement is now commonplace thanks to the global pandemic. Many of us have had to adapt to this new way of working on the fly, so this session is a chance to sit back and take stock of our practice and see if we can improve our approach.
Join Rob Jackson and Volunteer Now Enterprises Ltd to explore the three C’s of effectively working with remote volunteers before putting the principles into practice with a remote work exercise.
The session will wrap up with time for action planning so you can take what you learn and put it into practice straight away.
