Keeping Adults Safe: Recognising, Responding and Reporting (Western Trust)

This is a 3 hour course suitable for staff and volunteers who have limited and/or indirect contact with adults (e.g. cleaner, receptionist).
This course covers:
- legal and policy context;
- values and principles;
- key definitions;
- categories of abuse and possible indicators; and
- procedures for reporting concerns.
PLEASE NOTE: this training will be provided for Voluntary, Community and Independent sectors and a maximum of 5 participants from any one organisation will be accepted on to each training course.

Joining instructions will be sent out a week before the training.
Places are limited for this course, and we maintain a waiting list. Please notify us as soon as possible if you can no longer avail of your booked place. There will be no charge for the cancellation if it is made no later than 10 days before the training date. Where it is made late, or where no cancellation has been made, your organisation will be charged £15 for the booking.
