Where do you volunteer?
Ulster Sports Outreach + Ulster University.

What inspired you to get involved?
Sport coaches who volunteered to coach me.

What does your volunteering involve?
I coach and teach different sport and education programmes with Ulster Sports Outreach. I coach, administrate and play for the Ulster University badminton team.

What skills or qualities are required for your volunteering role?
Organisation, communication, enthusiasm, creativity, adaptability.

What do you enjoy most about volunteering and what has been your highlight?
Seeing children learning and having fun through sport and physical activity. My highlight has been with Ulster Sports Outreach training students in Cork and Galway to deliver Sport for Live.

Why would you encourage others to become a Millennium Volunteer and what advice would you give them?
It is a lot of fun! Be organised and throw yourself into any voluntary role your are given.
