The Londonderry YMCA feel that volunteering is a great way for young people to develop many life skills alongside getting the opportunity to enhance their CV for both University and Career.  As a youth focused organization, we are passionate about supporting young people to have the opportunity to enhance learning and become aware of the difference volunteering can bring not only to them but also the local community.  Volunteering can open up many doors not for only our youth but for all age groups whilst gaining experience, nurturing skills, encouraging working relationships with our peers and increasing training opportunities to developing life skills.
