We are currently welcoming applications for the role of Volunteer Event Ambassador.  As an Event Ambassador you will act as an Ambassador for Northern Ireland and support the delivery of various not-for-profit events across the country, by being the ‘Face’ of the event.  You will have the opportunity to meet, greet and inform participants and visitors at some of Northern Ireland’s major events.

Event Ambassadors play a key role in providing a high standard of customer care to visitors coming to view or participate along their journey.  We believe the event experience starts before visitors arrive to the venue and you can play a part in bringing an unrivalled WOW! experience and a warm welcome to visitors.  Over the years our team of Event Ambassadors have supported a wide range of events such as the 2012 Olympic Games, the World Police & Fire Games, Derry/Londonderry City of Culture, Giro d’Italia, Tall Ships, Gran Fondo and the Irish Open Golf Championship – to name just a few!

During 2024 we will be working in partnership with the following events:

• The Balmoral Show (15-18 May)
• The Belfast 5k and 1 Mile Street Races (9 June) 
• The Antrim Coast Half Marathon, Elite International Event (25 August)
• Lap the Lough cycling event (25 August)
• School Summit NI (7 + 8 October)
